1. Minimum order value

The minimum order value is €250. Unfortunately, orders below this amount cannot be processed.

2. Free delivery

• Within Germany, delivery is free for orders of €500 or more.

• For customers within Europe, shipping is free for orders of €1,000 or more.

• For orders below these amounts, shipping costs are calculated individually and shown on the invoice.

3. Shipping times

• The standard delivery time is 2–4 business days after receipt of payment or order confirmation.

• For European customers, delivery time is 5–7 business days.

• For custom‑made or personalized products, delivery times may differ. These will be communicated separately.
